Today, the Samsung Galaxy S III has created history by receiving more than 10 million orders and simultaneously launching their Samsung Galaxy S3 in the US!
According to Samsung, sales of Galaxy S III units are expected to rise by 1 million. However, US peoples can wait no more as the phone has been released in America. With exponential rise in demand of Galaxy S3 across the globe, Samsung was and still is, facing a great challenge in meeting up with the demands.
“Out of stock” statement comes with the arrival of Galaxy S3. The Sprint and T-mobile, also delayed Galaxy S3 sales, as earlier they have claimed availability of S3. AT&T, Verizon wireless, and U.S. cellular has announced to have Galaxy S3 within next
week. Recently, Sprint has announced the availability of Samsung Galaxy S3, which marked a spurge of excitement among the masses in the U.S. However, the worldwide overwhelming demand of Galaxy S3 made Sprint’s stocks unavailable. Now the South Korea-based conglomerate, Sprint has gone out of stocks for Samsung Galaxy S3 handsets.
However, Sprint is once again in the track to provide pre-order 16 GB versions of Samsung Galaxy S3 within a couple of days. However, plans for 32 GB versions are kept on hold until adequate inventory is acquired.
The expected price of Samsung Galaxy S3 in US is about $ 279.99 for the 16 GB version and $ 329.99 for the 32 GB version. However, this price may differ due to high demand of Galaxy S3 and shortage of supply.
According to Samsung, the only reason for delaying Galaxy S3 launch in the U.S. is its huge demand. Samsung aims to satisfy its customer’s expectation, so they will never compromise on quality. As Dale John, president of Samsung Telecommunication, has
said that, “Galaxy S3 is the next big thing in consumers’ hands. With S3, users will experience the whole new way to share and socialize with their dear ones”.
He also stated that, the U.S. based S3 is slightly different from its global counterparts. The large HD super AMOLED touch screen is kept as it is, but has altered Exynos 4 Quad SOC to Qualcomm snapdragon S4 processor, so that the U.S. users can enjoy 4G
LTE support. Not only this, Samsung has even upgraded its 1 GB ram to 2 GB to provide lighting fast experience to its U.S. based users. To make Galaxy S3 even more thin, 2100 mAh battery is further reduced to 8.6 mm form factor.
These changes and alterations in Galaxy S3 for the U.S. users, make S3 an exclusive handset for the people of the U.S. The only drawback of Samsung Galaxy S3 is its unavailability that is creating anxiety among the buyers. However, this issue will be
resolved within a few days and the people of U.S. can have Samsung Galaxy S3 within a couple of days.
According to an estimate, 52.3% of total smartphones in 2013 will be from Samsung. Therefore, having Galaxy S3 in hand is like having the world’s most powerful smartphone ever made. It is better not to wait for and place your order for Samsung
Galaxy S3 now.
